Shipping & Returns

All Northeast Coffee Company orders are shipped by UPS. If your order is placed by 2:30 pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday, it will go out on the same day. Orders placed after 2:30 pm or on weekends will go out the next day.

Shipping amounts will be quoted before your credit card is processed. If you have any questions or wish to contact us about your order, you may call (800) 287-4343.

Because our goal is customer satisfaction, our prices are low all the time, not just when we have specials. Our shipping charges are based on exactly what UPS charges us to make the delivery. We do not charge a processing or handling fee. Orders over $75.00 shipped within the continental USA will receive free shipping.
